Challenge of the GoBots (or simply GoBots) is an American animated series produced by Hanna-Barbera, based on the Gobots toy-line released from Tonka.

As war rages between the noble Guardian GoBots and the evil Renegade GoBots, the Renegades escape to earth--with a plot to enslave earthlings and conquer the galaxy.

The Gobots are Hanna-Barbera’s lame version of transforming robots. Small Foot also takes everything dished out at her with an endurance she does not really display in earlier episodes. at 8:38 AM.

The show was first broadcast in syndication on September 8, 1984, then the show joined the weekday/weekend programming block The Funtastic World of Hanna-Barbera on September 15, 1985.
