Pennsylvania Real Estate License Basic Requirements

Age

Must be 18 years of age or older

Experience

None required

Basic Education

None required (you don’t need a High School diploma, GED, or any college degree to qualify)

Real Estate License Education

Have successfully completed four credits, or 60 hours of instruction, in basic real estate courses as determined by the Commission under subsection (b).
