QR codes are like bar codes, and you can set them up to send a potential buyer important information regarding the home. Information like the number of bedrooms, square footage, size of the garage, school zoning, neighborhood amenities, or anything else that you want them to know about the property.

And with QR codes being used by many smart phones, the chances are good that a potential buyer can instantly get the information they want about the property by simply scanning that QR code. This will work as a major advantage for you, as the “lookers” and other non-serious buyers will be weeded out, and you’ll be able to focus on people who really want to buy, thus saving you time and increasing your chances of getting the sale without a lot of hassle for you.
