The 3 Most Important Things a Real Estate Website Must Have

I am going to make this post very short and sweet. There are 3 things that are simply a must when it comes to designing, building, and deploying a highly successful real estate website.

  1. Easy site navigation
  2. Built-in IDX or other method to find all available properties in the area that meet the buyer’s desires.
  3. Easy way to contact the agent or broker

Now there are other things that are important to, but if you miss these, you can just about kiss your success good bye.

Last, I want you to see one other really important tool. Have you ever thought about providing a tool that would allow your visitors to easily find the local businesses and services they’ll need when they buy and move in to their next house?

If you think that would be valuable, then check out (and download for free) my Find Local Businesses & Services Widget.

I couldn’t agree with you more. For the last 8 years I’ve had a “good” website. It has a decent property search and is fairly user friendly.

It’s a great buyer resource, but when I want to add simple features for my clients, modification costs are in the Thousands of dollars.

I can do small customizations for you for far less than “thousands of dollars”. If you’d like, contact me through the contact form for further information…

    Thanks,

    Jeffry
